How to remember what is happening now in a country that until recently (until February 24, 2022) I proudly called my homeland.
The answer is to write it down and publish it in a blog.

On Friday evening, Yevgeny Prigozhin announced a rocket attack on one of the camps of his private military company (PMC). The shelling by the Ministry of Defense of Russia, not Ukraine, as one might assume.
Now it is unknown how true this is. Do not forget that the founder of PMCs Wagner is a politician, and politicians often lie.
However,
Prigozhin's troops took control of the city of Rostov-on-Don, which is an important logistics center of the Russian army fighting against Ukraine.
And after that, he sent his army to march on Moscow. The founder of the PMCs called it a “march of justice".

- My sister wrote to me in a message about the beginning of the civil war. And I can understand her fear. It's one thing when they are fighting somewhere and quite another when you see armed columns in cities that do not border Ukraine.
- The mayor of Moscow declared Monday a non-working day. The mayor urged Muscovites to move around the city as little as possible. Only state bodies, city services, and continuous cycle enterprises will work.
-Rostov railway stations are crowded with people who want to leave the city.
Where, to whom are they going, for how long? What will happen to their apartments, jobs, and well-adjusted life? - these are my questions, but probably Rostov residents asked them to themselves too.
- Lukashenko (the President of Belarus) held talks (in coordination with President Putin) with Prigozhin. Prigozhin received guarantees of his safety and deployed his army back to the field camps.
The armed uprising ended before it even started.
Prigozhin left Rostov to the applause of Rostov residents. He's popular. This is not good for the country and for President Putin. Уou know what happens to popular politicians in Russia...
He left as if for Belarus, although who knows. What was actually promised to him? Why was all this started at all?
I understand that you most likely saw an overview of the events, they were broadcast on all the news.
Here in America we live a few hours later than Russia (7 hours later than Moscow, 11 hours later than Tomsk).
I learned all the news from the telegram-channels that I have followed since the beginning of Putin's “special military operation”.
I know that I will be able to release that post very late (work, guests, night), but I'm writing anyway, just for memory.
Well, my opinion is that Prigozhin's rebellion could be useful for Ukraine. This would weaken the Russian army.
For Russians, there is no big difference between Putin and Prigozhin, both are criminals. Many Russian citizens may not feel that way, they may not know or they may be mistaken.
Prigozhin’s army is an illegal armed formation prohibited by the constitution of the country. It shouldn’t exist at all. But now it may be the 1st army in Russia. Have you seen the police or the Russian Guard detachments that tried to stop Prigozhin's army?

I'm going to watch the news.
I added links to some YouTube videos.
